I had a smoothie two Saturdays ago made of cocoa powder, bananas, peanut butter, and protein shake powder. Beyond delish. I'm sure it was terrible for me but I don't care.

joe makes what he calls "the standard" all the time, its similar but without the strawberries and witttth chocolate syrup. so yum and healthy

Peanut butter + Banana + Chocolate = FREAKING AWESOME.

I had that for dinner last night. And will have it again tonight :)
